Location: Leeds City Centre (Office based)

Salary: GBP26,000 GBP28,000 base + uncapped commission (Realistic OTE GBP55,000+)

What You ll Be Doing

  • Researching and identifying B2B prospects across key industries in the UK.
  • Reaching out to decision-makers (L&D, HR, Operations) via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualifying leads and booking discovery calls for our sales team.
  • Keeping our CRM up to date with accurate lead and engagement data.
  • Working closely with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach and messaging.
  • Consistently hitting activity and pipeline generation KPIs.

What We re Looking For

  • Previous experience in lead generation, sales development, or cold outreach is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident, resilient, and unafraid to pick up the phone.
  • Target-driven and comfortable working at a fast pace.
  • Organised and detail-focused you manage your own pipeline like a pro.
  • Tech-savvy experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive or similar is a plus.
