Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a global leader in workforce communication management solutions to add an ambitious Sales Development Representative to their growing team!

The Sales Development Representative will help to drive new business and introduce their cutting-edge platform to companies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book and manage outbound meetings via cold calls, emails, social outreach, and networking.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers and build trusting relationships.
  • Generate and manage the sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and collaborate to convert leads.
  • Proactively contribute to building sustainable processes and sales strategies.
