Sales Development Representative
London - Hybrid
30-35k Base, 45-50k OTE + Executive Benefits

As a leading reputation management firm, our client works with companies, public figures, and high-net-worth individuals (HNW) to build, protect, and improve their digital presence. Recognised as one of the fastest-growing companies, their global reach and enviable account base solidify their position as a leading force in online reputation management. To meet expectations in the UK, they have an immediate hybrid opening in London for a Sales Development Representative.

Sales Development Representative Duties:
  1. Proactive Lead Generation: Conduct outbound outreach to prospect new clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  2. Strategic Lead Qualification: Research and qualify potential leads, including executives, founders, and public figures, to identify viable business opportunities.
  3. Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate qualified sales calls and meetings for the senior sales team, ensuring efficient pipeline management.
  4. Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with the sales and strategy teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging for optimal client engagement.
  5. CRM and Activity Tracking: Accurately track and manage all sales activities and pipeline progress using HubSpot CRM and Lemlist.
  6. Performance Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to outreach volume and qualified meetings booked.
  7. Industry Knowledge Acquisition: Stay informed about industry trends and develop a comprehensive understanding of digital PR, SEO, and reputation management.
  8. Administrative Support: Provide ad-hoc administrative support to Account Managers as needed, contributing to overall team efficiency.
Sales Development Representative Requirements:
  1. Sales/Client-Facing Experience (Preferred): 0-3 years experience gained in a b2B or B2C sales environment.
  2. Educational Background (Preferred): A 2:1 degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
  3. Strong Communication Skills: Possess confidence and proactivity in communication, demonstrating excellent written and verbal abilities.
  4. Commercial Awareness and Curiosity: Exhibit a keen interest in media, branding, and current affairs, along with a strong commercial understanding.
  5. Effective Research and Organization: Demonstrate strong research skills and a high level of organization, with proficiency in using tools like Google and LinkedIn.
  6. Team Collaboration: Display a collaborative mindset, a good sense of humor, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  7. Remote Work Proficiency: Comfortable and capable of working remotely in a structured, performance-driven environment.
  8. Proactive and Self-Driven: Ability to work independently and proactively to achieve goals.
Sales Development Representative Rewards:
  1. A base salary of 30-35k
  2. First-year achievable OTE of 45-50k
