Base.com is growing—and fast. We're on a mission to transform how businesses manage e-commerce logistics, and we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at our Brighton HQ.

As a Sales Development Representative at Base.com, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. You'll play a vital role in generating leads, building relationships, and setting the stage for our sales success. If you're motivated, curious, and love a challenge, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads for the sales team
  • Book discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and campaigns

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
  • Confidence, curiosity, and a team-first mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Based within commuting distance of our Brighton town centre office
