A leading consultancy firm is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic sales team. This role is critical for building the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic follow-up. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of B2B sales experience and exceptional communication skills to effectively engage potential clients.
My Business Consultancy client are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in building their sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic follow-up.
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new leads.
Qualify inbound leads and assess potential fit for our consultancy services.
Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team or consultants.
Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Collaborate closely with marketing to align on campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Research target companies and key decision-makers to personalize outreach.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and targets related to lead generation and conversion.
Experience required:
1-2 years of experience in a B2B sales or lead generation role (preferably in consulting or professional services).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
High level of resilience, persistence, and motivation.
Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
Ability to learn quickly and understand complex business challenges.
A consultative and client-centric mindset.
