About the role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing European sales team. Based in our London office, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities across the Netherlands, Nordics, and other key European markets.

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating a strong pipeline to support our Account Executives in closing deals. Your work will directly impact the growth and expansion of our brand across the European region.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, research, and target potential customers in the Netherlands, Nordics, and other European countries
  • Use tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), email, and cold calling to reach out to prospects
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls and emails
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to align messaging, campaigns, and regional strategy
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in the CRM
  • Track key performance metrics (e.g., call/email volume, meeting set rate, conversion rates)
  • Stay up to date with regional market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
  • Assist in localizing messaging and sales materials for different European markets
Qualifications
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role / B2B
  • SaaS experience in supply chain
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple European time zones and cultural environments
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • 25 days holiday (plus public holidays). Your holiday entitlement will increase to max. of 30 days, based on your length of service
