Job description

Sales Development Representative

Salary - up to £30,000 with uncapped commission.

Location: Bournemouth, UK

Fully B2B SDR Role – Promotion to AE within 6-12 months!

After a full and intensive onboarding with our Learning & Development team, you will be joining our dynamic Sales Development team. Reporting to the Office SDR Manager, your job will be outbound prospecting to CEOs, Marketing and Sales Directors – using multiple channels such as phone, email, and LinkedIn. The goal is to book well-qualified virtual meetings for your Account Exec, who you will be partnered with upon joining.

Before your day of prospecting, you will start with an hour of self-development and prep, where you will spend time nurturing your data, listening to calls, practising, and ensuring your day is set up for success. Throughout your journey up through the ranks, you will be constantly supported by your line manager, team members, and Account Execs – all on hand for live coaching, encouragement, and training.

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in our future growth plan and long-term success. You will have the opportunity to promote and get automatic pay rises every 3 months - the first being into a Senior Role where you will target our larger key accounts and the 2nd being into a 360 closing role!

From there, AEs, on average, earnings will typically increase 152% year on year.
