Job summary

Apprentify in Wilmslow is seeking six ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join our growing UK team. You’ll build relationships with potential clients across the UK, qualify opportunities and drive new business using phone, email, LinkedIn and in-person networking.

No prior sales experience is required—training, coaching and ongoing development are provided, with a clear path from SDR to leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not essential.
• Ambitious, personable and driven with strong communication.
• Willing to learn and develop sales skills through training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and potential clients across the UK.
• Reach out to businesses via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Speak with decision-makers across HR, People, Talent and L&D.
• Understand client development needs and identify Apprentify programmes.
• Manage your sales pipeline and book virtual or face-to-face meetings.
• Use HubSpot to keep opportunities organised and track progress.
• Aim to exceed individual targets through proactive selling.
