Ecolab is seeking driven B2B sales professionals to join the commercial Pest Elimination Solutions Sales team in the United Kingdom. As a Pest Surveyor - Pest Division, you will build & grow profitable client relationships with commercial businesses to protect their brand, facilities, and the health and safety of their employees and customers. You will drive sales and attain budget goals by prospecting, cold calling, and networking to target restaurants, hospitals, hotels, retailers, food and beverage plants, schools, and nursing homes, offering effective B2B pest elimination programs in the UK. New accounts will be managed by our service team, responsible for delivering the solutions you sell.

What You Will Do:
  • Prospect and acquire customers to meet annual sales goals

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Home office with internet access
  • Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • At least 3 years of proven B2B sales results or equivalent Ecolab experience
  • Pest elimination or hospitality sales experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Relationship management and consulting skills
  • Problem-solving and customer solution skills
  • Negotiation and presentation expertise
  • Self-motivated with results-driven attitude
  • Knowledge of the pest industry is an advantage but not essential
