Sales Development Manager - People Division

Location: Office based in Loughborough

About you: You will focus on delivering positive results as a leader of individual contributors for the sales development team across Access UK's group of companies. You will partner with sales and marketing teams to achieve results and drive continuous improvement in performance and processes through managing our inbound demand model and outbound strategies. You should be able to guide your team effectively and be hands-on in creating and executing prospecting and demand generation plans, extracting customer needs, demonstrating product benefits, providing quotations, and driving sales opportunities.

You will collaborate with senior Sales and Marketing leadership to develop your sales development plan aligned with sales targets from various sources, including self-generation activities, marketing-generated leads, and existing company accounts for cross-sell opportunities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Leading a team of Sales Development and Business Development Representatives within one of The Access Technology Group's Software Companies, based in Loughborough.
  • Mentoring the team to achieve divisional and group pipeline targets, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Building team engagement, keeping members informed and motivated.
  • Implementing strategic plans and initiatives to enhance performance.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Excel, and LinkedIn.

  • Self-motivated with a positive, persistent attitude.
  • Strong understanding of business processes with a proactive approach to improvement.
