My client is a 100M+ IT Services Consultancy who has partnered with a range of central government departments and agencies to transform the way the public sector operates in the UK.

The client is looking for pure play new business hunters with a demonstrable track record of winning new logos - their focus is on defence, transport, manufacturing and FS.

The client is looking for solutions sales professionals with extensive experience selling complex digital/technology solutions deals in that 1-2M space.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales & Development Manager carries out the following tasks:

  1. Business Development:
  • Prospect and acquire new strategic accounts while expanding your project portfolio.
  • Identify high value-added business opportunities within both existing clients and potential prospects.
  • Collaborate with Competence Center Managers and internal stakeholders on complex tender processes.
  • Effectively present the full range of service offerings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty to build long-term, profitable partnerships.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients and internal departments (technical management, structured projects, competence centers, etc.)
  • Continuously monitor client technologies and industry trends to proactively anticipate future needs.
  1. Financial management of its customer portfolio:
  • Driving revenue growth and expanding business turnover.
  • Optimizing margin performance within your area of responsibility.

  • You have a proven track record of at least 4 years in industry, services, or IT-related roles.
  • You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and are strongly results-driven.
