At Everest, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Development Manager to enhance our regional sales team.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional who is looking to elevate their business development and management potential.
Role Overview
With your drive and enthusiasm, you will be part of the senior team, supporting the Regional Sales Manager to achieve regional sales and establishment targets by improving retention of the sales force, in line with regional targets and budgets. You will inspire, guide, coach, train, and mentor our Sales Managers and self-employed partners to achieve targets and build on their success. This role is crucial in helping the regions reach their full potential!
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Regional Sales Managers to meet regional sales targets.
- Leading and managing onboarding processes to ensure consistency and enhance candidate experience, while driving retention through effective sales training.
- Delivering high-standard sales training at a regional level, including new starter training, remote and in-home selling, covering all products (including finance) and compliance, along with systems and processes.
- Providing daily support to the Regional Sales Managers and deputising for them when needed.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, consistently exceeding sales and marketing targets.
- Experience in Home Improvements or similar industries is preferred.
- Highly motivated with the ability to motivate and guide others to achieve targets.
- Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to varied workloads and working hours, with willingness to travel.
- Committed to continuous personal development through internal resources and personal initiatives.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: £37,500 basic with OTE up to £60,000.
- Car allowance.
- Minimum of 31 days holiday, increasing with service.
