What you need to know about this position: You will be visiting a pre-determined number of independent and symbol retailers regularly. You will work closely with a Cash & Carry wholesaler in or near your territory. You will be sensitive to your customers' needs and help grow their snacking range. This role involves remote work and building a motivated, collaborative team.
Additional qualities you will bring: FMCG sales experience is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of the area, passion for Mondelez brands, a desire to succeed, a competitive yet team-oriented nature, and resilience are valued.
Education / Certifications: Preferred minimum of A level education, but not essential.
Job specific requirements: A driver’s license is essential with a maximum of 3 points. You should be comfortable driving an automatic or manual vehicle and working independently. Strong numeracy and communication skills are crucial.
Travel requirements: Occasional overnight stays may be required.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: Bognor Regis to Shoreham on Sea & up to Pulborough/Petworth
