You will develop professional relationships with our customers, optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. Ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives.

  • Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities.
  • Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
  • Report on activities.

More about this role

You will visit a pre-determined number of independent and symbol retailers regularly, work closely with a Cash & Carry wholesaler in your territory, and support growth of their snacking range. This role involves remote working and building a motivated, collaborative team.

Additional requirements
  • FMCG or proven sales experience and a passion for Mondelez brands.
  • A driver’s license with a maximum of 3 points; comfortable driving automatic or manual vehicles.
  • Strong numeracy and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally.
Location & Schedule

Salisbury, Devizes, Andover & Surrounding areas. Monday to Friday.
