You will develop professional relationships with our customers, optimize base sales, NPD & promotions, ensure great visibility in retailers, and deliver sales capabilities. Your drive will help you achieve field KPIs and meet your annual objectives.

How you will contribute:

  • Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities.
  • Manage placement and implementation of point-of-buy materials.
  • Report on activities.

What you will bring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Sales experience, preferably in FMCG/CPG sectors.
  • Perseverance and attention to detail.

More about this role:

You will visit a pre-determined number of independent and symbol retailers regularly, work closely with wholesalers, and support their snacking ranges. You will operate in a remote working environment, contributing to a motivated and collaborative team.

Additional qualities:

  • Knowledge of the area and a passion for Mondelez brands preferred.
  • Desire to succeed, competitive yet team-oriented, resilient.
  • Minimum education: A-level preferred but not essential.
  • Driver’s license is essential with up to 3 points; comfortable driving automatic or manual vehicles.
  • Strong numeracy and communication skills.

Travel and work schedule:

  • Occasional overnight stays may be required.
  • Monday to Friday, based in Eastbourne, Brighton, Lewes & Burgess Hill.
