Overview

Candour Talent are recruiting for a Sales Development Executive on behalf of their growing industrial client based in Caerphilly.

Employment Type: Permanent/Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000

Excellent opportunity to join a well-established and family-run specialist business. This role will support the development of different divisions within the business and offers great long-term growth within the company. This is mainly an office-based role using remote and digital channels to drive business growth. This role would suit a sales-focused individual from a background in construction, trade supplies, fabrication, engineering, or industrial products.

The Role:

  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline
  • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, social media etc.
  • Drive growth through digital channels
  • Build strong B2B relationships
  • Reengage with lapsed clients
  • Support with digital marketing campaigns
  • Arrange and attend client visits
  • Work with internal teams to prepare quotations and develop bespoke solutions
  • Work to agreed KPIs

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven success in a B2B sales development, business development or similar role
  • Background in construction, trade supplies, fabrication, engineering, industrial products or similar
  • Self-motivated, and thrives in a target-driven environment
  • Able to manage own pipeline and workload
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in using CRMs
  • Proficient in other digital tools such as social media, email, shopify, adwords etc.
  • Full UK driving licence
