CPM UK is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive Haleon brands in grocery retail across South Woodford and surrounding areas. The role includes merchandising, promotions and strong retailer relationships, with a UK-wide travel expectation and a company vehicle.

Salary is £30,500 plus 10% bonus, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Ideal location in South Woodford with central London travel three days a week and a company car provided.

If you have experience in retail merchandising, stock replenishment, or planogram compliance, this position could be the perfect fit. You need to have experience of working with key decision makers in a grocery environment, and taking ownership of your territory. You do need to be happy to travel into central London 3 days a week (public transport)

Job Description

CPM is looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our new team representing Haleon within the grocery retail sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive sales and enhance the in-store presence of market-leading healthcare brands, including Sensodyne, Advil, and Centrum. £30,500 + 10% bonus PA, car, tablet and mobile. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs per week.

Ideal location: South Woodford, United Kingdom, E15

Territory covering: South Woodford and surrounding areas

A driver's licence that enables you to drive in the UK is essential.

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team, representing Haleon across grocery and key retail channels. As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a vital role in driving product availability, visibility, and compliance in-store. You'll bring brands to life through impactful merchandising, promotional activations, and strong retailer relationships, ensuring campaigns are executed to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing

• Execute in-store activities including merchandising, POS implementation, promotional displays, and FSDU builds to maximise brand visibility and sales.


• Complete scheduled store visits in line with client briefs, KPIs, and compliance standards.


• Capture accurate data, insights, and photographic evidence using digital reporting tools.


• Build strong relationships with store managers and colleagues to secure incremental opportunities and enhance brand presence.


• Manage your own territory effectively, demonstrating strong organisation, accountability, and attention to detail.


• Communicate confidently and professionally while delivering excellent customer service.


• Adapt to changing campaign requirements and identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement.


• Represent the company and client with integrity, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset.
