Sales Developer

We are currently looking to hire a Sales Developer to join our Aerospace and Defence team on a permanent basis. This role requires travel and work in a Hybrid mode, and when required, to be on site.

Role Overview:

• Min 2 years of experience in Aerospace Industry UK market.
• Demonstrable experience in leading and performing business development activities.
• Experience working autonomously, being result-oriented, having an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and natural leadership is crucial.
• Any experience or exposure to Aerospace in the UK market will be an added advantage.
• Develop customer relationships & build long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Technical Operations to deliver client-aligned proposals.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for resource allocation and mobilisation.
• Able to work in a complex matrix organization with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work with partner companies.
• Ready to travel to meet customers.
• Engineering or business graduate with sufficient knowledge in information technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Understand clients' business goals, needs, and challenges.
• Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and issues.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and offer support.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop tailored campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with customer support and operations teams to address client concerns and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide feedback and input to product development teams based on client needs and market demands.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
