Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an operational admin role.
  • Aptitude and willingness to undertake further business training.

Responsibilities

  • Produce reactive quotations based on Engineers reports from site visits.
  • Follow up quotations directly with clients.
  • Create and send contract renewal quotations for contracts.
  • Qualify incoming sales enquiries.
  • Prepare and issue quotes.
  • Support to the Laboratory teams with administration.

Job description

Salary:Up to £25,000 per annum dependent upon experience

Hours:Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

Location:Basildon, SS14 3JJ

What can you expect?

  • You will be required to produce reactive quotations based on Engineers reports from site visits.
  • Follow-up quotations directly with clients
  • Create and send contract renewal quotations for contracts.
  • Qualify incoming sales enquiries.
  • Prepare and issue quotes.
  • Create spreadsheets and liaise with Sales Personal for actions.
  • Interpret Lab results and recommend actions.
  • Support to the Laboratory teams with administration.
  • Training on the water industry will be provided.
  • Ability to prioritise your own work/day
