StorMagic is looking for a self-motivated, driven Sales Desk Administrator to join our Sales Operations Team. This role is responsible for supporting sales by acting as a first line of contact for general sales enquiries, processing sales orders and the management and maintenance of customer records and managing sales leads.

This role will play a key part in providing general administrative sales support to the sales team to help ensure that the sales processes run efficiently and that sales and the Sales teams have the necessary tools, data, and assistance to drive revenue growth.

This role is 100% remote however there will be an expectation that the induction for this role will be carried out in or around the Bristol area.

Due to the variety of clients this role will require the use of both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate would also have Portuguese as a third language but this is not essential.

Please note, due to the location of our customers that this role will be liaising with (mainland Spain and South America), the working hours of this role will need to accommodate these time zones. Therefore the agreed upon working hours will be flexible to fit these requirements (eg later starting times, split shifts, condensed weeks, etc.)

The responsibility of Sales Desk Administrator will include

  • Respond to general sales enquiries from new and existing customers and process sales orders
  • Complete market development activities, including inbound lead follow-up, calls, and emails, liaising with field sales members in multiple countries.
  • Support the Sales team in quote to invoice process and help increasing revenue.·
  • Collaborate with the Sales team with campaigns and sales events.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM Salesforce systems.·
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations regarding customer onboarding and Data management.
  • Ensure ethical treatment and respect for all team members, partners, and clients.

Skills & Qualifications

  • This role will require fluency (C1/C2) in English and Spanish. Portuguese would be a ideal but not essential
  • Previous sales or telesales experience is required.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a dynamic sales environment.
  • Ability to interact effectively with professionals at all levels in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Initiative, a sense of competitive drive, and staying focused on results throughout changing conditions.
  • Collaborative mentality and strong relationship-building skills.
