BoConcept London is one of the largest franchises in the world with 10 stores and still in expansion. We are now looking for new Sales Design Consultants for a new exciting concession in Fenwick Bracknell opening in the Autumn.

The candidate must be service minded and sales driven! We are aiming to hire someone, who is well experienced with sales and/or design.

Full time/Part time positions are available for our new Bracknell store opening soon. Positions are available NOW with training in one of our current London stores.

Basic salary plus excellent commission structure (Approximately £22k-28k OTE)

The profile:

Sales driven is a must and the ideal candidates will be devoted to exceeding customer expectations and take customers on a journey to find the right solution for their design challenges.

They will be able to demonstrate their ability to grow sales through strong customer relationships.

Experience in interior design and/or selling furniture is preferred, but it is more essential to possess energy, integrity, dedication, personality and a positive attitude.

All Sales/Design Consultants will be trained to use Room Planner our design software, to help customers design their customised furniture and plan the layout of their homes.

All/most weekends and bank holiday work are required.
