What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies for omni-channel lead generation campaigns.
  • Build automation processes to identify, score, and qualify leads using Python and SQL.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign results, create reports, and present findings to stakeholders with clarity and impact.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, innovative team environment where data is at the core of decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience with Python and SQL, particularly in automating and analyzing data.
  • Strong background in B2B lead generation and campaign strategy.
  • Proven experience supporting Sales teams and optimizing performance across functions.
  • Excellent data analysis and insight delivery skills, with the ability to turn data into strategy.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders.
