About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Data Analyst to join our growing Sales Operations team at nLighten. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing sales-related data to improve performance insights and support strategic decision-making. This includes maintaining accurate Salesforce records, developing interactive dashboards, and supporting the integration of physical and IT assets across the platform.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance, playing a critical role in tracking activity, spotting trends, and supporting acquisition-related data efforts. Key Responsibilities
Sales Data Management & Analysis
• Collect, structure, and maintain accurate sales-related data from multiple sources, including customer agreements.
• Input and organize data related to data center, IT, and telecommunications infrastructure in Salesforce.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across Salesforce and Clari records and reports.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize sales performance and activity trends.
• Conduct regular and ad hoc analyses to support business planning and decision-making.
• Support ongoing data-related needs in mergers and acquisitions, including pulling, analyzing, and uploading data sets.
Process Support & Reporting
• Assist with integrating new projects, systems, and data models into Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to improve data quality, automation, and reporting processes.
• Present data-driven insights and performance metrics to stakeholders in a clear and confident manner.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales data management, reporting, or business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced); experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in presenting data and insights to stakeholders.
• Experience working in data center, IT, or telecommunications environments is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
