  • Performing data enrichment, cleaning, and deduplication to improve the quality of our CRM and marketing lists.
  • Supporting sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, creating dashboards, and research.
  • Assisting with lead generation activities, data entry, and reporting.
  • Helping coordinate sales cadence campaigns, including reporting of template success metrics, updating email templates, and keeping a library of cadences up-to-date.
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

What you’ll need

  • 1-2 years’ experience working in a sales administration role.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or working towards qualification.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS business is desirable.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and G2 is preferable.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage large datasets into segments for further data enrichment and lifecycle management.
  • An ability and desire to thrive and excel in a fast-paced, high-growth business.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
