Key Responsibilities - Sales & Customer Support Representative:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate high-quality leads.
2. Understand customer needs and qualify prospects.
3. Pass qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
4. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
6. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
7. Stay informed on company products and industry trends.
