Job summary

BlackwaterRecruitment in Central London is seeking an Entry Level Sales Associate to join its growing events division. No prior sales experience is required as full training will be provided to develop communication, sales and customer engagement skills.

You will represent recognised non-profit organisations at high-footfall events, retail pop-ups and promotional locations, building rapport with customers and earning a Brand Awareness Fee plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Confident in engaging and building rapport with customers face-to-face.
• Motivated, reliable and proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn.
• Desire to gain practical experience and develop transferable skills.
• Able to work five full days per week (Mon-Sat).

Responsibilities

• Represent and promote brands at high-footfall events, retail pop-ups and promotional locations.
• Provide excellent customer engagement and face-to-face brand representation.
• Attend daily upskilling sessions and training to improve communication and sales techniques.
• Gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service and customer acquisition campaigns.

Representing recognised non-profit organisations, they deliver face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns across high-footfall events, retail pop-ups and promotional locations.

No previous sales experience is required. Instead, our client is looking for individuals with strong English communication skills, a professional attitude and genuine motivation to learn, gain experience and continuously upskill themselves.

Client training, practical experience and invitations to daily upskilling sessions are available from the start, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to develop transferable skills and commit to something long term.

This is a face-to-face opportunity operating across retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based settings within Central London. No previous experience is required. Individuals from retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, warehouse, care, sales and other customer-facing backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity. This opportunity operates on a subcontracted basis. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and financial incentives.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students. Due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 5 full days per week (Mon-Sat).
