Your role at BRE
As a Sales & Customer Service Assistant at BRE, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high standards of service to internal and external customers.
• Support sales team with process improvement, tracking, and analytics.
• Provide pre and post-sales support to KAMs, BD teams, and Inside Sales teams.
• Promote best practices in sales and account management via CRM.
• Manage and maintain key documents and ensure compliance with BRE policies.
• Handle bookings for sales activities and organize meetings/events.
• Create and verify accounts on CRM; liaise with Finance for invoicing.
• Support invoicing and payment queries.
• Complete new supplier forms and raise purchase orders.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure policy awareness and resolve posting issues.
• Set up onboarding plans for new joiners and ensure system access.
• Liaise with Marketing for event attendance and distribute reports.
• Provide front-line support for customer service enquiries.

• Extensive customer service and sales experience.
• Skilled in call handling, administration, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Positive, collaborative team player.
• Thrives under pressure with high energy.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality events.
• Excellent communicator, able to build relationships at all levels.
• Relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy.
• Experience in understanding and delivering against customer needs.
