Sales Course Advisor at Noble Manhattan Coaching Ltd - UK

Noble Manhattan Coaching Ltd is a UK-based multinational company training life and business coaches in over 30 countries. It provides training courses through licensed distributorships.

Noble Manhattan is expanding its sales team and seeks ambitious, dynamic Course Advisors (Sales Representatives) with sales experience who are looking for a financially rewarding role with additional bonuses for high achievement.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in telesales and CRM management. Full market-appropriate training will be provided. This is a full-time remote position.

Your responsibilities will include making and handling sales calls to potential clients across various countries. With experience, you will take leads to full closure or liaise with other team members.

You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining contact reports.

Key Skills and Experience

The ideal applicant will:

  • Have a proven track record in sales.
  • Have experience in lead generation through various channels.
  • Be a strong, confident, and effective communicator.
  • Be proactive, self-driven, positive, flexible, and enthusiastic.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess good organizational skills.
  • Manage daily tools such as email, Office, Zoom, Teams, and Social Media with ease.

This is a commission-based position with the potential for a base salary plus commission after a trial period.

Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of experience in education sales (courses, programs, etc.).
  • Knowledge of the coaching industry.
  • Salary of €2000 per month plus very high commissions, with an expected earning in excess of €5000 per month.

Initial two-month trial period.
