The Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join the showroom team. This is a varied role that will see you working closely with customers while supporting the smooth running of daily operations. You will play an important part in delivering excellent service to customers from first enquiry through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing orders, checking stock and providing accurate quotations
  • Handling customer enquiries face to face and over the phone
  • Processing orders, quotes and payments with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and showroom presentation
  • Supporting health and safety standards for staff and customers
  • Following up on orders to provide excellent end-to-end customer service
  • Inputting invoices and despatch orders into the system
  • Responding to sales enquiries in person, by phone, post and email
  • Carrying out key holder duties including security and safety responsibilities
  • Assisting in the organisation of promotional material or events
  • Attending meetings to support business growth and development
  • Taking part in training to enhance skills and knowledge
