Job Title: Sales Co-ordinator
Location: Downend
Salary: £25,000 basic + team and referral bonuses (OTE up to £28,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am-5.30pm

We're currently recruiting for a Sales Co-ordinator to join a high-performing and award-winning residential sales team based in Downend. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent administrative skills and a strong customer service background to support a busy sales office. The role also includes support with sales progression and marketing, making it ideal for someone with a keen interest in property who enjoys variety and working collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing office compliance processes and ensuring procedures are consistently followed

Drafting property descriptions and preparing associated sales letters and documents

Uploading property media, managing listing details, and coordinating draft approvals

Keeping digital and window displays up to date, and producing content for social media and portals

Raising invoices and managing office supplies

Supporting the Sales Progressor in moving transactions through to exchange

Assisting with inbound call handling and providing administrative support to the wider team

Producing performance reports and internal league tables


Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Customer service experience, ideally in a public-facing or property-related role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confidence using Microsoft Office and a variety of online platforms

Strong attention to detail and a highly organised approach

A positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

An interest in property and working in a team environment

Well-presented, reliable, and motivated to learn and grow


What's On Offer:

Basic salary of £25,000 with uncapped pooled commission (OTE £26,000+)

Additional bonus for successful financial services referrals (Total OTE up to £28,000)

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (with increases at 3 and 6 years' service)
