Job Description:

LWC Drinks Ltd provides licensed establishments with all their bar and sundry supplies. We are the fastest growing privately owned drinks company in Britain, ranked 24th in the Sunday Times PWC Profit Track 100. Our aim is to provide the best customer service, employing over 1,500 people across 18 depots in the UK, with a Support Centre and Hub Distribution Centre in Manchester.

Overview

Drive new business in the Depot via lead generation and increase customer retention by managing Retention Reports and minimizing attrition.

Main Duties
  1. Ensure high standards of customer service by taking and inputting orders efficiently and accurately.
  2. Support account managers by informing them of results from the 5 weekly report, maintaining awareness of business retention, and setting up appointments for new business.
  3. Review Down Traders and report to Sales Manager.
  4. Follow up on actions from reports for Telesales and/or Account Managers.
  5. Create initial business relationships with new customers, setting up orders and delivery requirements.
  6. Proactively resolve customer issues through excellent customer service.
  7. Support the wider team as an Online Depot Champion.
  8. Promote LWC Drinks' own brand products.
  9. Brief office staff and account managers on new brochures and promotional campaigns.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with account managers, assisting with new business acquisition and administrative needs.
  11. Maintain and produce the Account Manager Prospect Pipeline.
Knowledge and Experience
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records.
  2. Ability to use the Trinity system and LWC drinks quote system.
  3. Good teamwork skills.
  4. Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  5. Knowledge of the drinks industry, products, and the on-trade market.
