This role will support the retail sales of the brand. You will work closely to provide support to the Global Head of Sales, ensuring smooth coordination of client accounts, sales activities, and retail coordination for the brand. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is passionate about the beauty industry and eager to grow in a fast-paced, global environment.

Tasks
  • Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Global Head of Sales.
  • Maintain and update the master data for the retail team, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and design teams to ensure all assets are prepared and submitted to retailers on time.
  • Monitor retail marketing channels to assist in effective account management.
  • Conduct regular reviews of competitor activity across retailer platforms.
  • Assist with retailer reporting, including sell-in and sell-through analysis.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a account coordination or junior buying role would be preferable.
  • Incredible organisation and time management skills to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work proactively in a team environment with a global business, working with team members in different timezones.
  • Proactive and a self starter
  • Attention to detail skills and strong communication skills
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft excel
  • A passion for the beauty industry
