Job description

We’re looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team in Avonmouth. You’ll support key customer relationships, process orders, and keep things moving behind the scenes. If you thrive in a busy office environment and enjoy working within a close-knit team, this could be the role for you.

  • Supporting Internal Sales Manager and working as a team in the sales office
  • Working towards team targets
  • Dealing with a range of customer enquiries, negotiating prices and order taking
  • Reporting on individual sales targets
  • Contributing to the growth of the Avonmouth business by increasing volume and maximising profit
  • System management tasks on sales IT system

Person Specification

  • Previous experience in a sales office-based position desired
  • Must have an enthusiastic, pro-active and positive attitude
  • Customer focused with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Background in the construction or aggregate industry would be beneficial

Working times/hours

42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 0700 – 1730 (as part of a shift pattern) including 1 hour unpaid for lunch.

Package

Annual salary plus the 9% employer pension contribution with Scottish Widows. You may be entitled to the discretionary Annual and Christmas bonuses. Annual leave of 29 days per year, including 8 Bank Holidays.
