Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customers in person behind the trading counter, by phone, and via email
  • Manage a centralized inbox, handle customer queries, and provide exceptional service
  • Support the team with sales order processing and processing quotes
  • Manage a ledger of customers to upsell and expand accounts; reach out to dormant accounts to win business
