THE BUSINESS

Westray Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with a long-standing client for over 20 years who is seeking a confident sales coordinator to start as soon as possible. You will be working for a company based in Prudhoe. They are a continually growing company that cares a lot about their employees.

THE ROLE
  • Review project requirements and specifications, and identify potential customers/suppliers (existing or new).
  • Negotiate the best price, delivery, terms and conditions, and payment terms possible.
  • Provide quotations within the ERP system, directly to customers/end clients/agents, covering all aspects of sales operations.
  • Negotiate potential orders with end clients.
  • Place orders with suppliers in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
  • Research and compare suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery, and produce RFQs.
  • Track and expedite orders as needed to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Process imports and exports.
  • Resolve issues with suppliers and/or orders.
  • Ensure the correct use of ERP/MRP systems to capture accurate data for reporting and forecasting.
