Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our client in the Beauty / Wellness space. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service to our clients across the UK and EU, managing customer orders, overseeing the sales support process, and executing a range of administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, outstanding organisational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management:
2. Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries, issues, and support.
3. Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
4. Manage the end-to-end order process, from order entry to dispatch.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services.
6. Monitor and track sales orders, follow up on outstanding items, and resolve discrepancies.

Administrative Duties:

1. Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records and databases.
2. Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and documentation as required.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of improved customer service procedures.

Team Coordination:

1. Liaise with the sales, logistics, and finance departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Support team members with administrative tasks and customer communications.

Compliance and Standards:

1. Ensure compliance with internal policies and customer service standards.
2. Address complaints and service issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.

You Are:

1. Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally in a B2B or product-based environment.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
6. Professional and courteous manner with a customer-first mindset.
7. Knowledge of UK and EU customer expectations and business practices is preferred.
