Key part of the role is being proactive in making outbound calls to existing and new customers.

  • Proven track record in handling customer enquiries and outbound calls in a phone-based environment.
  • Can work well as part of team or independently
  • Able to adapt and adjust to different solutions as well as effectively communicate and engage with others
  • Dynamic and forward thinking
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a friendly, professional manner.
  • Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous).
  • Familiarity with the packaging or distribution sector is a plus.
