The Sales Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact between clients and operational staff, managing service bookings, coordinating cleaners and appointments, and overseeing customer communication from enquiry to service delivery. This role ensures seamless internal coordination, accurate scheduling, and timely service execution to meet client needs
- Receive and respond to inbound enquiries from the website, ads, phone, and social media.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments for residential and commercial cleaning services.
- Schedule initial site inspections and gather client-specific cleaning requirements.
- Allocate jobs to cleaners and ensure schedules are updated in line with staff availability.
- Maintain an organised bookings calendar and update service records in real-time.
- Liaise between cleaning staff, the HR Manager, and clients to ensure service delivery matches expectations.
- Maintain and update CRM or internal records of clients, jobs, and communications.
- Follow up on pending quotations and send confirmation or reminder emails to clients.
- Address client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for management on booking volume, job allocation, and staff coordination.
