Job Title: Hotel Sales Coordinator

Location: Sea Containers London

As a Hotel Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team, managing client relationships, and maintaining administrative duties to help drive sales efforts and achieve business objectives. This role requires excellent organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
  2. Assist with the coordination and execution of sales activities and events.
  3. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our hotel services, amenities, and ongoing promotions to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Handle client inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses to foster strong business relationships.
  5. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis of sales data to help track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Maintain an organised filing system for all sales records and client contracts.
  7. Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and successful execution of sales strategies.
  8. Participate in sales meetings and training programs to continuously develop professional skills and knowledge.
