Qualifications

  • 2 years+ FMCG experience in category management, finance, sales, trade marketing.
  • In-depth understanding of the UK grocery market.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships across senior buying contacts.
  • Deliver a strategy to win in all channels outside of grocery.
  • Land new business across all categories.
  • Manage a team of 2 and support their growth.
  • Create and execute plans for each account.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales data and food trends.

Scope Of The Role

  • Building strong relationships across senior buying contacts at multiple retailers
  • Building and delivering on a strategy to win in all channels outside of grocery [Convenience, high st, wholesale etc.]
  • Landing new business for itsu [grocery] across all categories
  • Managing a team of 2 covering multiple channels and supporting them to drive growth in their respective customers
  • Create and execute plans for each account to support business growth
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, NPD, category and supply chain to deliver revenue targets
  • Analyse sales data, consumer and wider food trends to highlight channel opportunities
