Working Hours: 42.5 Hour Contract • 5 Days a Week • Mon-Fri 10am-7pm • Sat 10am-6pm • Sun 10am-4pm

You will work in a busy environment with an unusually high footfall where you will be selling quality value vehicles from between (Apply online only) vehicles on-site at any one time. Our customers appreciate the competitive pricing and the knowledge that every car offered has passed an AA 128-point check.

You will be backed up with a strong support team to train and develop you in your long and lucrative career.

In return, you can expect:

1. Basic £30,000
2. OTE up to £60K
3. 28 Days Holiday

Used Car Sales Controller - Hinckley: The Person

The successful candidate should be:

1. Breath of experience across all elements of used car retail
2. Capable of leading by example
3. Demonstrates the highest standards
4. Has an all-hands approach
5. Highly motivated and a motivator of people
6. Good time management skills
7. A driven individual with passion
8. A presentable and professional individual
9. FCA accredited (after training)
10. Car supermarket and volume used car management experience preferable

Used Car Sales Controller - Hinckley: The Duties

Responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining the overall performance of the site
2. Carrying out some general manager responsibilities during absences from site
3. Management of the sales team and their performance
4. Supporting the sales team with regards to sold units and value-added products
5. Identifying opportunities to support sales team in closing the deal
6. Auditing deal presenter and subsequent opportunities
7. Auditing financial documents to ensure compliance
8. Hitting and exceeding your monthly sales targets
