Your main goals are to create a memorable brand experience, transmit enthusiasm for the brand, and help customers find what they are looking for with a kind and helpful attitude. Additionally, you will aim to achieve the store's objectives and keep the shop organized and stocked with necessary products.

Key responsibilities:

  • Customer experience: Attract and retain customers, providing high-quality service that reflects our brand values.
  • Sales: Meet commercial objectives and KPIs by conveying the brand's unique value to customers.
  • Shop operations: Collaborate with the team on inventories, stock management, cash register, and daily reports to ensure smooth operations.
  • Shop image: Keep the store tidy and well-stocked to offer the best experience.
