Job Description:

Overview:

You will act as an ambassador for the brand in our Old Bond Street Flagship store. Your focus will be to maintain consistently exceptional standards of customer service, creating loyalty to the store and the brand.

This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week, including weekends).

Your Mission:

  • Provide excellent service, adhering to our service values and standards.
  • Achieve your and the store's sales targets.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of sales techniques, such as cross-selling, to drive sales and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Achieve at least 85% in mystery shop reports.
  • Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Present yourself in line with company uniform and grooming standards.
  • Comply with PCI, security, and health & safety regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and stock replenishment.
  • Support store operations, including cycle counts and inventory.
  • Assist with shipments and transfers as per procedures.
  • Perform additional duties within the scope of the Sales Consultant role.

Your Talent:

- Excellent communication skills; English required, other languages helpful (Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, Arabic).

- Experience in luxury brand or fashion retail sales.

- Customer service experience with face-to-face contact.

- Ability to adapt to change and high-pressure environments.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

- Strong clienteling skills and experience.
