Job Description:

Purpose of Position

To be the front line for the NetJets Sales organisation and the first point of contact for prospective clients. The role involves prospecting, reaching out to potential Owners, and independently searching for potential clients through cold calling and qualification based on decision-making ability, financial capacity, and interest in NetJets' services.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Educate, consult, and advise prospective clients on private aviation and NetJets products, understanding their individual needs.
  • Develop and present tailored product recommendations; manage prospect interactions and record all activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Evaluate and qualify customer opportunities through consultations and research, verifying business viability.
  • Implement segmentation strategies for potential Owners in Salesforce.com to identify new business opportunities.
  • Plan and execute territory segmentation strategies to optimize opportunities and target specific markets.
  • Use Salesforce.com to organize efforts and focus on developing market segments to grow revenue.
  • Advise Sales and Marketing on trends and competitive developments within territories.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from the NetJets website.
  • Research and update prospect databases with relevant information.
  • Travel to industry trade shows, client events, and meetings as needed.
