Job description

At Netflights, we’ve been comparing flights online since 1992, and approximately 1.5 million people fly out of the UK with us each year. On average, 86 Netflights customers sleep in our hotels every night, and more than 50 people jet off to Dubai with us daily. We’re also part of dnata Travel Group, which is part of the Emirates Group.

In addition to our website, we have a contact centre for customers who prefer to speak with us about their travel plans. We are now recruiting a Travel Consultant to join this team, providing the excellent service our customers expect, which has earned us a Trustpilot score of 4.6.

In this role, you will answer inbound calls from customers, match their requirements, and use your customer service skills and travel knowledge to recommend products that enhance their travel experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your passion for travel with your sales and customer service skills.

Details:
  1. Hours: 37.5 hours per week, over 5 days within 7 days, Monday to Saturday, 9am-9pm.
  2. Salary: Basic £23,809.50 + uncapped commission.
  3. Requirements: Strong travel sales experience or extensive travel experience, along with excellent customer service and sales skills. Travel & Tourism qualification is welcome.
  4. Training: An initial 3-week interactive training period, followed by ongoing support from mentors, team managers, and product training from destination teams and suppliers.
  5. Opportunities: Attend supplier events, enhance product and destination knowledge, and participate in industry activities with prizes.
