Location: Lichfield (potential floating role across nearby locations)
Hours: Full-Time (Thursday – Monday or Saturday – Wednesday) – Flexibility Required
Experience: Minimum 3 years in new homes sales

Are you a passionate and experienced New Homes Sales Consultant looking for your next challenge? We are looking for a dedicated sales professional to join our team in Lichfield, with the possibility of a floating role across nearby locations.

The Role:
  • Engaging with prospective buyers and guiding them through the purchasing process

  • Providing expert knowledge on available homes and developments

  • Managing reservations, contracts, and aftercare support

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment

  • Ensuring show homes and marketing suites are presented to the highest standard

  • Liaising with site managers, mortgage advisors, and solicitors

What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in new homes sales (essential)

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends (Thursday–Monday or Saturday–Wednesday)
