We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Lexus Leeds. If you have a passion for sales and delivering top-tier customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

In return, you will receive a competitive basic salary of £23,454 per annum and up to £50,454 including OTE plus excellent benefits!

This is a full-time role, working an average 5-day week between 8:30 - 18:00, including a set day off in the week, with every other weekend off.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Engaging with customers and understanding their needs to recommend the perfect vehicle.
  • Handling the sales process from start to finish, including test drives, negotiations, and financing options.
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Keeping up to date with our latest models, features, and industry trends.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • A confident, outgoing, and professional approach.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
