Who are we looking for?

We seek a dynamic, confident, and outgoing Sales Consultant to join our Largs team on either a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional telephone manner, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to self-motivate. Flexibility is essential due to varied workloads, and the role requires managing deadlines under pressure. Knowledge of the Ayrshire property market is highly desirable.

What will I do?
  1. Liaise with customers and clients regarding buying and selling property inquiries.
  2. Collaborate with a highly efficient sales team to achieve group targets.
  3. Perform sales administrative tasks and conduct lead acquisition research.
  4. Provide clients with clear, considered advice and build client profiles to better serve their individual needs.
