Chubb Fire & Security is seeking a Fire and Security Sales Consultant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to sell our comprehensive portfolio of fire detection, prevention solutions, and electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms) to existing clients and new prospects within the South Coast region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture existing customer relationships and generate new leads within your territory, aligned with your individual sales plan.
  • Design Fire & Life Safety Systems tailored to customer needs and compliant with government regulations.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly and annual targets for installation order value, gross margin, and recurring revenue.
  • Lead demand-generation activities in your assigned market segment.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet growth targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge of fire systems and familiarity with British life safety standards or security systems.
  • Experience in technical, solution-based sales.
  • Strong skills in territory management and sales planning.
  • Valid UK driving license.
