Harrods marks an exciting opportunity for dunhill to move into one of the world's most prestigious, desirable, and high-profile retail environments. Our retail concession will be located within the luxury menswear department on the 2nd floor. The product range within the Harrods concession will be specifically curated to appeal to the discerning clientele who frequent the store, with a focus on apex pieces and the use of luxurious fabrics.

This move is integral to our ongoing strategy of strengthening our presence in London, building on the success of our flagship store Bourdon House, the recent opening in Selfridges, and in anticipation of the forthcoming openings in Dubai and New Bond Street. This is a rare opportunity to be part of the team opening this exciting new space and to contribute to dunhill's ongoing success in London. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

To maximize sales revenue within the dunhill concession at Harrods while building a strong client base and providing an exceptional level of customer service that sets the highest benchmark for the luxury retail industry. This includes exceeding customer expectations by providing exceptional service in accordance with brand standards.

Sales:
  • Achieve individual sales and KPIs targets set by the Store Manager.
  • Develop a client-centric culture in-store. Accelerate client recruitment and increase loyalty by actively managing your client portfolio.
  • Enhance the potential of each product line, ensuring merchandising aligns with dunhill's image and store objectives.
  • Assist in coordinating in-store promotional events.
  • Build relationships with the Harrods personal shopper team to create new sales opportunities.
Customer Service:
  • Exceed customer expectations through innovative and exceptional service.
  • Anticipate and address customer needs proactively, capturing and analyzing customer data.
  • Maintain stock in optimal condition.
  • Handle exchanges and special requests efficiently.
  • Maintain good internal communication with other dunhill stores and functions.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, in line with company policy.
Administration:
  • Follow all systems and procedures accurately as per company policies.
  • Ensure all forms and procedures are completed correctly and thoroughly.
Communication:
  • Utilize all available communication channels for effective collaboration.
  • Stay informed of all company communications.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
  • Proven experience in retail, ideally within luxury goods or a service-oriented industry such as hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and its nuances.
  • Sound product knowledge, preferably with experience selling high-value goods.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and retail inventory management software.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Polished, professional personal presentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building abilities.
  • Ability to represent the dunhill brand confidently and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidently handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented problem-solving approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
